Douglas Russell is the founder and owner of R Squared Construction.  Growing up in a family built on hard work, Doug’s father instilled a keen awareness for excellence in his son.  For this reason, Doug considers every home he builds as an extension of himself by taking great care to ensure that the quality delivered is above the market standards.  For instance, before a new homeowner may inspect their home, Doug personally inspects it for faults and errors that may need repair, since revealing a faulty home is an embarrassment.

Doug Russell is relatively young compared to other builders, but he sees this as an advantage.  Doug pushes the envelope for what is acceptable striving to deliver a high-quality product.  He refuses to be held back in “the old way of doing things,” such as only delivering the market standards, since focusing on the important features and pushing to deliver something more is what brings pride for a homeowner.
